The lot numbers referenced on the plat are to identify the numbered
"building pad locations" as shown on the plat recorded in the David
County, NC Register of Deeds office (Plat Book 9, Page 106). After a
dwelling is constructed on the building pad an "as-built" survey for the

deeded to the owner. The property surrounding the dwelling will be
